- Use of personal information that you may submit to Age Of Chivalry through this Web site is governed by the Age Of Chivalry Privacy Policy. Effective date 3-17-2019. We are the sole owners of information collected on this site. We will not sell or rent your information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g., to ship an order. You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You may contact us via the email or telephone contact information on our site to see what data we have about you, if any, to change/correct any data we have about you, to have us delete any data we have about you, to express any concern you have about our use of your data. We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. - By placing an order for swords or weapons of any kind with Age Of Chivalry, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age.
It is up to the buyer to adhere to all local laws regarding the purchase, transport, and use of products. - Shipping & Delivery
- All products shown on the website are typically in stock at our location. If you order an item that is not available I will let you know as soon as possible. This sometimes happens when a customer places an order for an item I have just sold by phone or in person and have not yet removed from the website.
- I always process every order as quickly as possible. There is sometimes a delay in shipping if we are away for a special event. Please let me know if you require an item by a particular date.
- Sales Tax
- Age Of Chivalry charges sales tax for merchandise ordered by California residents.
- Return Policy
- Item must have been purchased within the last 15 days. You must have proof of purchase (a receipt or credit card statement).
An item with a defect may be returned for a replacement or a full refund with my prior approval (I will pay for shipping and there is no restocking fee).
If you decide to return an item without a defect, you must pay for shipping, and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
All refunds are done by check so I have a printed record of the transaction. - Store Hours
- Office hours vary depending on my event schedule. Tuesday though Thursday are usually the best days to reach me directly during the renaissance faire season.
