The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
- Consumer Agreement
By placing an order for swords or weapons of any kind with Age Of Chivalry, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age.
It is up to the buyer to adhere to all local laws regarding the purchase, transport, and use of products.
- Shipping & Delivery
We always process every order as quickly as possible. Items that are in stock ship within a few days. Items that are out of stock will ship as soon as they are completed.
Keep in mind that all items are hand made by a real person, and this does take time. It is not possible to have every piece of clothing in stock in every color and size combination, so clothing must often be made specifically for your order. Assume that all clothing orders will take a MINIMUM of three weeks, and it is not unusual for some clothing items to take six weeks or longer.
Please let us know if you require an item by a particular date.
- Sales Tax
Age Of Chivalry charges sales tax for merchandise ordered by California residents.
- Return Policy
Item must have been purchased within the last 15 days. You must have proof of purchase (a receipt or credit card statement).
An item with a defect may be returned for a replacement or a full refund with our prior approval (we will pay for shipping and there is no restocking fee).
If you decide to return an item without a defect, you must pay for shipping, and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
All refunds are done by check so we have a printed record of the transaction.
- Store Hours
Our office hours vary depending on our event schedule. Tuesday though Thursday are usually the best days to reach us directly during the renaissance faire season.
